Verkapseltes Treibmittel ist eine Art thermoexpandierbare Mikrokapseln und physikalisches Treibmittel mit einem durchschnittlichen Durchmesser von 10 bis 60 \u03bcm. Es beginnt mit der Erw\u00e4rmung zu erweichen und das eingekapselte Treibmittel (fl\u00fcssiger Kohlenwasserstoff) beginnt zu vergasen, um den Innendruck zu erh\u00f6hen und die Schale zu expandieren. Die Schalen, die mit dem Druck des vergasten Kohlenwasserstoffs erweicht und expandiert werden, machen einen glatteren Schwamm und ein d\u00fcnnes Siebdruckpapier im Vergleich zu chemischen Treibmitteln.<\/div>\n

Obwohl das verkapselte Treibmittel in Ordnung ist, ist die gut gefertigte dicke Schale haltbar genug gegen einen hohen Druck von \u00fcber 300 kgf\/cm2 und l\u00f6sungsmittelbest\u00e4ndig. Der mit dem verkapselten Treibmittel hergestellte Schwamm weist eine hohe Elastizit\u00e4t auf, W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung, Schalld\u00e4mmung, Schockabsorber, Senkung der spezifischen Dichte mit Mikroschaumstruktur.<\/div>\n
